EMILY GASTON - PASTRY CHEF
Hi! My name is Emily & I am the owner/operator of gaston's bakeshop. As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America ('20) I was trained by some of the country's best Pastry Chefs. My experience at CIA was extremely rewarding. Through stressful environments I was able to not only grow professionally, but personally.
I am most proud of my internship at Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. I learned everything from daily production to private events to specialty plated desserts.
I take a lot of pride in my work. Baking has always been a huge part of my life. My earliest memories are in the kitchen, creating hundreds of recipes with my grandmother. I carry that legacy with me every day & can't wait to watch it grow.
As I start this new adventure, I hope to pass my love & passion for baking on to you, the person reading this!
